Our sauna will be based by the wild swimming lake at Higher Farm, fromThursday - Sunday on the 31st July - 3rd August and the 7th - 10th August. Higher Farm is a beautiful natural farm with a wonderful restaurant and cafe. The lake provides a beautiful place to cool off between round, with the additional option to add some homemade sauna scrubs to elevate your experience.

Where to find us: You can find us at Higher Farm, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6QF. We will be set up down by the lake that you pass when driving in, there is parking onsite.

We offer communal sessions where you just book per person and are joined by others in the session, or you can book out the entire sauna, it seats 6 people. Have a look for available sessions below (click ‘book’ next to communal sessions to view available slots) and once booked, you’ll receive some further information on what to bring etc.

Unfortunately we are unable to host children younger than 12, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our sauna is also a clothed sauna (swimwear or underwear required).
