Valentine’s sauna ritual with sian hurrell
Join Sian for Sacred Steam at Sunnd for a deeply restorative sacred steam ritual on Valentines day.
Each round carries its own intention, supported by aromatherapy ice balls, herbal infusions and scrubs, leaf-whisking and gentle nervous system regulation.
We’ll honour this slow, inward-turning season with grounding breath, transformational heat, and a slow and quiet return home as a deep act of self love this valentines day.

We are incredibly excited to welcome Nisha Toppin, otherwise known as The Essential Oil Goddess for two 90 minute rituals at Sunnd Sauna on the 7th December. Soul Sauna is a sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect — a sensory-rich sauna experience infused with essential oil rituals, aromatic waters, nature, and nourishing connection. Each session blends the cleansing power of heat and cold with the soothing presence of natural elements, rituals, and heartfelt company. Soul Sauna is a sensory sanctuary, infused with rich oils, divine aromas, and tastes that envelop you in pure bliss - crafting an atmosphere so nurturing and immersive, that it feels like a ritual of deep, soul-soothing care. Reconnect with yourself through heat, steam, nature and the power of pure doTERRA essential oils.
Sessions will be held at our sauna space at Outside, Bantham, Devon where we have a hand crafted intimate wood-fired sauna and chilled and filtered cold plunge. There is free parking onsite.
